Around 41.3% of Missouri high school students surveyed in 2003 reported using cannabis during their lifetime and specifically, 48% of Missouri 12th graders have used marijuana at least once in their life. As teen marijuana abuse continues to increases in Missouri, there is a large demand for marijuana drug rehab programs throughout the entire state. Also, during 2003, over 14,000 marijuana plants were eradicated and 2,621.6 kilograms of marijuana were confiscated by Federal agencies in Missouri.
